The warranty period for the EasyTravel Elite is twelve months and covers (faulty materials and workmanship (consumables not covered: tires, upholstery, lamp bulbs, plastic coverings and batteries). Worn parts damaged
as a result of excessive loading, improper handling, intentional damage or unauthorized maintenance or modifications are not covered by the warranty.
For safety and for warranty assurance reasons, any modifications and repair of the EasyTravel Elite or its components must be performed exclusively by authorized personnel and exclusively with original spare parts.
Lite Mobility Scooter
The warranty period for the EasyTravel Elite is twelve months and covers faulty materials and workmanship (consumables not covered: tires, upholstery, lamp bulbs, plastic coverings and batteries). Worn parts damaged

The expected life service of the Titan 3W & Titan 4W is approximately 5 years. For safety and for warranty assurance reasons, any modifications and repair of the Titan 3W & Titan 4W or its components must be performed exclusively by authorized personnel and exclusively with original spare parts.
Returns
All our customers are entitled to return the scooter if they are not satisfied with the product. The time frame to declare that they wish to return the scooter is 14 days from receiving the scooter. However, if the scooter is to be returned the customer must cover the cost of delivery and the cost of return.
The customer can only return the scooter under these conditions:
1) It still has the original package it arrived in
2) No damage has been done to the scooter
