Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on wheelsandchairs.com

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items complete in their original packing within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund.

For quality issues, we will give you a full refund or one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the items.

Return Process

Works great but charging is disappointing. ![User picture]()
I have several ecoflow products and have always liked them, so maybe I don't understand something about how solar power works, but the charging of this battery is disappointing.
I received this battery with 30% charge so I hooked it up to my Delta Max 2000 base unit with multiple solar panels connected.
When I set it up, the base unit said it was 100% charged, so I assumed that whatever power was generated by the solar panels would go directly to the second battery, but apparently that isn't how things work, or at least that's not how it's working in my case.
As you can see in the attached picture, the base unit is now showing it to be 99% charged, with 243w of input and ONLY 118w of output. The extra battery above it shows only 115w of input.
That means that the extra battery is only receiving 43% of the solar power being received by the base unit. I find that number to be incredibly inefficient. It means that if my power goes out and I need to rely on my solar power, my ability to recharge is severely limited, which defeats the purpose of having solar backup.
I called ecoflow and they said that the extra batteries recharge much faster if you use A/C, but that's worthless if you don't have A/C.
So I guess that means that your extra batteries are not nearly as useful in a power outage situation as I expected them to be, unless the outage is quickly resolved.
Bottom line, you aren't really doubling your power by adding an extra battery unless it's only for a day or so. You might want to consider a second base unit instead of an extra battery. That can be solar charged in less than half the time, and is much more useful and flexible than the extra battery that must be attached to the base unit to be used at all.

2kWh Of Additional EcoFlow Power
Bought the EcoFlow Delta 2 Max 2kWh Extra Battery for my Delta 2 instead of the regular Delta 2 Extra Battery because I wanted more power for my Delta 2. I now have a total of 3kWh of power with my Delta 2 when the extra battery is connected. The extra battery does what it is designed to do, appears well made and integrates very well with the EcoFlow Delta 2. The battery management system of the Delta 2 automatically keeps both the internal battery pack and the extra battery's battery pack balanced when connected. Whether you pair this extra battery with a Delta 2 or a Delta 2 Max, I don't think you can go wrong with purchasing this extra battery.
